Stretch & Conditioning
This class is designed to improve a dancer's range of motion, enhance muscle flexibility and increase their level of core muscle strength. Through a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises, dancers will also increase their awareness of their own body's potential.
Technique 1/2
The class introduces the beginner basics of jazz technique. Dancers will be taught the proper ways to execute leaps, turns and footwork to set them up for success. Center and across the floor progressions are taught. Dancers in this class typically have little to no experience and this class is offered for all ages.
Example of skills: spotting, single pirouette, battements, jetes, etc.
Technique 2/3
This class is designed for intermediate dancers with a little more experience. This class is taken to another level incorporating more difficult skills and requires more knowledge of the basics. During this class you will execute more challenging variety in the center as well as across the floor progressions.
Example of skills: double pirouette, chaine jetes, pique turns, etc.
Technique 3
This class is considered our intermediate to advanced technique. We incorporate more difficult center work and well as across the floor progressions. Dancers should have greater flexibility as well as body awareness to get the full potential from the class to move to the next level. Combinations will be taught combining choreography and skills. Dancers are required to have instructor approval for this class.
Example of skills: triple pirouette, leaps in second, a la secondes, etc.
Technique 4
Our most advance technique class requires all dancers to have the skills from levels 1-3. This class will require the most strength and determination to achieve the highest level of technique. Ballet is incorporated to ensure dancers have full knowledge of all movement. Elite combinations will be taught combining choreography and skills. Dancers are required to have instructor approval for this class.
Example of skills: four pirouettes, elite turning leaps, extensions, etc.
Combo/Tech 2/3
Dancers in this class require level two technique skills and working towards level three. Combinations will be taught combining choreography and skills. This class is an important step for dancers who seek to be on our competitive teams or school dance teams.
Example of skills: all level 2, memory, intricate footwork, etc.
Combo/Tech 3/4
Dancers in this class require level three technique skills and working towards level four. Combinations will be taught combining choreography and skills. This class is an important step for dancers who seek to be on our competitive teams or school dance teams.

Sugarfoot Therapy
Sugarfoot Therapy is a dance-specific strength and conditioning program designed to help prevent common injuries caused by dance training and to encourage longevity in a dancer’s physically demanding career. Each week has a focus of ankle, knee stability, or hip and glute strength. Core/low back and upper body will be a focus in every class.
